DESCRIPTION La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from a selection of olives collected in the Sierra de Gata region, located northwest of the province of Cáceres. There, only the best olives are selected that guarantee the obtaining of a high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our clients. The tin format preserves all the properties of EVOO and it is important to choose the appropriate size according to its consumption, so as not to store it for a long period of time since once opened, its qualities and flavour diminish. The tin container is light, easy to transport thanks to its handle. It is also easy to store due to the shape of the container and avoids contact with oxygen and light, which are two factors that influence the deterioration of the quality of EVOO.
